The Denver Nuggets look to stay hot after winning nine of their last 12 games. The Denver Nuggets are averaging 111 points on 46.6 percent shooting and allowing 106.3 points on 45.9 percent shooting. Nikola Jokic is averaging 19.6 points and 10 rebounds while Jamal Murray is averaging 18.7 points and 4.6 assists. The Cavaliers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 Saturday games, 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games playing on 0 days rest and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games overall. The Nuggets are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. Eastern Conference, 10-4 ATS in their last 14 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Saturday games. The Cavaliers are 5-1-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Denver and the road team is 10-4-1 ATS in the last 15 meetings. The over is 8-3 in Nuggets last 11 overall. The over is 6-1-1 in Cavaliers last 8 overall.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are head and shoulders the worst team in the league and things aren’t looking up any time soon, especially with them on the end of a back to back. The Denver Nuggets have been extremely profitable as of late ATS at home, and they’re winning by an average of 24.8 points when a double-digit favorite. However, this is a ton of points to lay in an NBA game and I’m just not comfortable playing with chalk this big. There’s no logical reason to consider the Cavs and the points other than the fact I’m going to pass up 16 free points with an NBA team.
